Using the site

Today C-News is a static news website. By reading it you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these draft terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site offers

We publish articles, a written Daily Briefing, section pages, information pages and an RSS feed. The Morning Espresso newsletter is planned but not sending yet. An audio edition, mobile apps, a terminal, events and developer APIs are not launched. The site has no accounts, login, comments or payments.

Content is informational

Our content is provided for general information. Launch-edition stories are explainers that use illustrative composite examples, not reports on specific real people or companies. Nothing on the site is investment, tax, legal or professional advice. Please read the Financial Disclaimer.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the site's text and design belong to Today C-News or its licensors. You may read the site and share short excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes with credit. You may not copy, republish or scrape substantial parts of the site, or present our content as your own, without permission. Requests can be sent to [email protected].

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the operation or security of the site
• Use automated tools to place unreasonable load on it
• Misrepresent your identity or your connection to Today C-News
• Use the site for unlawful purposes

Third-party services

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, the Tailwind CDN and images from googleusercontent.com. Those providers operate under their own terms and policies. See the Privacy Policy and Cookies & Local Storage pages for details.

Your browser data

Saved articles, your theme preference and newsletter interest are stored in your browser using localStorage. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

No warranties

We try to be accurate, but the site is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that content is complete, current or free of error, or that the site will always be available. Because we show no live market data, any figure may be out of date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Today C-News is not responsible for losses arising from your reliance on the site. Final wording on liability will be settled after legal review.
