Developer APIs & Live Ticker API

Today C-News does not offer a developer API or live ticker API, but an RSS feed is available.

Last updated 2026-10-05

Developers sometimes ask whether Today C-News offers programmatic access to its content or to market data. At present, it does not. This page sets out what exists and what does not.

What is not available

  • No public developer API. We do not offer REST, GraphQL or other endpoints for articles or site data.
  • No Live Ticker API. The site does not provide live prices, quotes or market feeds, and there is no ticker service for others to consume.
  • No API keys. Because there are no accounts, there is nothing to register for and no keys to issue.
  • No webhooks, SDKs or sandbox. None have been built.

We have not announced a launch date for any of these, and we do not promise that they will arrive.

What is available: RSS

The site publishes an RSS feed at /rss.xml. You can add it to a feed reader or use it in your own tools to see our latest stories. It carries headlines and summaries rather than market data. Please be considerate: fetch the feed at a reasonable frequency and cache it rather than requesting it repeatedly.

Using our content

Reading and linking to our stories is fine. Republishing articles in full, scraping the site at scale or presenting our content as your own is not permitted without permission. See the Terms of Service, which are a draft pending legal review. To ask about permission, write to [email protected].

Why no live data

Today C-News is a static site with no server-side data layer. We do not show live market data, and we do not want readers to mistake stories for trading signals. Our Financial Disclaimer explains that nothing we publish is investment advice. If you need live prices, use a dedicated market data provider.

Privacy considerations

The site has no analytics or advertising trackers and no user accounts. The RSS feed does not require any sign-in. Your feed reader and network will handle requests as they normally would.

If we build something

Should we ever introduce a developer interface, we expect to document it clearly here, including terms, limits and any costs. We would also update the Privacy Policy if it involved collecting data.

Share your needs
