Today C-News is a static website with no accounts, comments or contact forms that send data to a server. The simplest way to reach us is by email. The addresses below are placeholders for the launch period.

We do not publish a street address or phone number.

Sending a tip

If you have information you think we should know about, write to [email protected]. A helpful message explains what you know, how you know it, and why you think it matters. Please include any documents or links that support your account, and tell us whether you want to be identified. Be aware that ordinary email is not a secure channel, so avoid sending highly sensitive material that could put you at risk.

Reporting an error

To ask for a correction, use [email protected] and tell us the title of the story, the passage in question, and what you believe is wrong. Evidence helps. Our Corrections Policy explains what happens next.

Newsletter sign-up

The Morning Espresso newsletter is planned for 7:00 AM ET on weekdays and is not sending yet. When you use the sign-up on the site, it records your interest in your own browser using localStorage and opens a draft email addressed to [email protected]. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.

Response times

We are a small, new operation, so we cannot guarantee a reply time for every message. We read what arrives, and we prioritise error reports and credible tips.

What we cannot do

• We cannot take payments, manage accounts or reset passwords, because the site has none of these.
• We cannot support products or services we do not offer, such as a mobile app, terminal or developer API.
