Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have seen their attempts to establish themselves as a Hollywood power couple challenged from the very beginning.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been left grappling with a puzzling “enigma” as they continue to experience issues with their pursuit of life away from the Royal Family, a royal commentator claimed.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have struggled to establish themselves in California and have seen their popularity dangerously fluctuate since they quit their institutional roles.
Commentator Esther Krakue suggested the couple has failed to understand why the American public has not embraced them fully because of a considerable lack of “self-awareness.”
Speaking to Sky News Australia, Ms Krakue said: “I don’t know if it goes as deep as Meghan wondering why people don’t admire her because that would be extremely narcissistic but I think the couple understanding why they haven’t endeared themselves to the public I still a bit of an enigma to them.
“Part of that is where they live, who they surround themselves with, understanding their dynamics.
“I think they think it’s more than just a binary, ‘we’ve left the Royal Family and therefore the media and everyone else has declared war on us and sees us as traitors, as opposed to kind of looking at their conduct.”
