Liam Payne’s Death Is A Result Of The Hotel In Argentina! New Court Documents Reveal The Hotel Broke The Law!!

The tragic death of former One Direction member Liam Payne has taken a dramatic turn as new court documents reveal startling allegations against the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. According to Payne’s friend and former manager, Roger Noris, the hotel failed to adhere to legal requirements that could have potentially saved Payne’s life.

In Argentina, hotels are mandated to have a doctor on call 24 hours a day, a service that was allegedly absent during Payne’s stay. Noris, who is now facing charges in connection with Payne’s death, has shifted the blame towards the hotel, claiming they neglected their legal duties. “A world-famous person was staying with obvious signs of going through a crisis caused by substance abuse intake at that very moment, and they did not even make an effort there to make up for their legal omission of having a 24-hour doctor,” the legal documents state.

Roger, who has been accused of enabling Payne’s substance abuse rather than helping him get clean, maintains his innocence. He asserts that he did not abandon Payne and was unaware of the full extent of his condition. However, evidence has emerged showing Payne had been on a three-day binge, consuming substances and whiskey, even for breakfast. Text messages between Payne and Roger discussing the procurement of drugs have further implicated Roger in the scandal.

In his defense, Roger claims that the hotel’s operations manager was aware of Payne’s deteriorating state but failed to act. According to Roger’s attorneys, the hotel manager should have arranged for a doctor as soon as Payne checked in. Instead, the hotel staff allegedly carried Payne to his room and left him there alone, a decision Roger argues was negligent.

Security camera footage corroborates part of Roger’s account, showing Payne being carried to his room by staff. However, Roger’s claim that Payne attempted to escape the hotel before his fatal fall from the balcony remains a working theory. The court documents emphasize that Payne had his bag and hat with him when he fell, suggesting he might have been trying to leave.

Roger’s legal team insists that the hotel’s inaction, particularly their failure to provide medical assistance, played a significant role in Payne’s death. They argue that if the hotel had followed the law and had a doctor on call, Payne might still be alive.

While some believe Roger’s defense holds merit, others point to the complexity of the situation. The hotel staff, likely trained to protect the privacy of their high-profile guest, might have been hesitant to call an ambulance or draw attention to Payne’s condition. Nonetheless, the primary responsibility for Payne’s death, many argue, lies with Payne himself and his struggle with addiction.

The legal battle over Payne’s death continues to unfold, with intense scrutiny on the actions of both Roger and the hotel. As the court examines the evidence, questions remain about accountability and the extent to which those around Payne could have intervened.

The tragic loss of Liam Payne underscores the devastating impact of addiction and the critical need for proper support systems, especially in high-stress environments. While the legal proceedings seek to determine responsibility, the focus on ensuring such incidents do not recur is paramount.
