VIRGINIA Guiffreâs family have called for the King to strip disgraced Prince Andrew of his last remaining title.
It comes as the tell-all memoir written by the late Virginia Roberts Giuffre, Nobodyâs Girl, has been published today.
The book was written by Virginia before her tragic death by suicide in April 2025.
The tell-all novel is an account of her experience at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
Virginiaâs accusations led to Prince Andrewâs dramatic fall from grace.
Her family made a bombshell appearance on This Morning today, calling for Andrew to lose his last remaining royal title.
Virginiaâs brother also asked for an investigation into Andrew to be opened and said if the disgraced royal wasnât a member of the firm he would be behind bars.
Andrew, 65, has always denied Virginiaâs allegations and had been stubbornly clinging onto his titles amid the snowballing scandal.
However, in a shock announcement last week Andrew gave up his royal titles after being encouraged to drop them by the King.
Virginiaâs brother, who appeared on told hosts on This Morning that he believes Andrew would be in jail if not for his royal status.
He explained: âI truly believe if prince wasnât in front of his name he would be behind bars.
âI donât think he should bear the prince name before Andrew I think the King has the ability to take that away but itâs just not enough â I do believe there are two sets of laws.
âWe would call for them to open the investigation, there are flight logs, they can follow the money.â
Disgraced Prince Andrew has lurched from scandal to scandal after his involvement with paedophile financier Jeffery Epstein resurfaced.
While he has managed to cling onto his Prince title he was forced to give up the Duke of York title given to him by the late Queen and has also given up his membership of the Order of the Garter.
Virginiaâs family have now called on the King to strip Andrew of his last remaining title.
And, in another blow to the Princeâs reputation, it was revealed he had dodged annual payments for years on his residence, Royal Lodge.
The grand home has been described as his âlast status symbolâ and Andrew is now facing the prospect of losing it.
It comes as the King continues efforts to force him out of the sprawling 40 hectare estate in the heart of Windsor Great Park.
Humiliated Andrew and his family are entitled to live in the property until 2078.
However, King Charles has sought to persuade Andrew to give up his right to the estate.
He has been encouraged instead to move into Frogmore Cottage â a more modest four-bedroom home recently renovated by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
In further blows to the ex-Duke of York the Met confirmed on Saturday it was investigating reports Andrew instructed his personal bodyguard to dig up dirt on his sex accuser.
It is understood he gave the royal protection officer Virginia Guiffreâs date of birth and social security number.
On Sunday night, the Met said it is âactively lookingâ into the claims.
Sources have confirmed that Andrew will no longer be invited to Christmas at Sandgringham.
Amid the string of scandals it has become likely that the prince will be banished from all future royal events.
