PRINCE Harry has failed to meet up with Prince William during his recent UK visits and reconciliation does not seem to be on the horizon. Legendary Sun royal photographer Arthur Edwards claims “something serious must have happened” between the two brothers for their bond to fully break down.

Speaking on The Sun’s Royal Exclusive show, Arthur stated: “William and Harry were so close all their life, everything they did together.

“They went and they did everything together. They were so close. And now something must have happened that seriously happened that William just can’t stand him anymore.  And that’s just so sad.”

The renowned photographer claims that there could be hope for the two warring brothers in the future.

He added: “I do believe in the prodigal son. You can say, I’m sorry and repent and promise not to do it again. And I’m sure the King and William will say ‘ok, let’s give it another try.’”

Royal author Robert Jobson claims that Prince Harry needs to a “straightforward apology” to King Charles and Prince William in order to move forwards.

Arthur agreed: “This is what he’s got to show that. He’s got to stop this talking about stitch ups and things like that. [He has to say] ‘I’m sorry, papa, I’m sorry. I want to come back. I want to see you. I want to be with you.’. ‘I want to spend some time with you’. But it’s not happening.”

Robert added: “I really don’t know how the King can make the first move unless he can trust his son.                   And at the moment, we’ve not seen any evidence as to why he should.”

Harry’s family feud

Princes William and Harry have not been in direct communication since the release of Harry’s controversial memoir, Spare, in January 2023. Their last reported interaction was during the funeral of their grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, in September 2022, but conversations were said to be brief. ​

The feuding brothers reportedly did not speak to each other despite standing “virtually back to back” among mourners at their uncle’s memorial service last August.

The Duke of Sussex and his brother did not exchange a word at the memorial in Snettisham, Norfolk – and Harry stayed at Althorp during the UK stay. One mourner said: “They were only five yards from each other.”

The brothers have been at loggerheads since Harry and wife Meghan quit royal duty in 2020 for a new life in the US, where they have launched a succession of barbs at the Royal Family.

Court case tirade

The Royal dropped some extraordinary bombshells after losing his appeal against the decision to remove his taxpayer-funded security. He described his court loss as a “good old fashioned establishment stitch up” and also took a swipe at William and Kate.

He claims he was “singled out” by the Palace and hinted that some members would “never forgive him” for his damning memoir Spare, which brands Queen Camilla “dangerous.” Some heads were turned when Harry insisted he had forgiven his family, with experts slamming the Royal for not apologising himself.

In the scathing attack, the Duke of Sussex unleashed a host of new claimsincluding how dad Charles is no longer speaking to him and how he’s “uncovered his worst fears”.

He said he would “love reconciliation” with the royal family but claims whether they will make up will ultimately be up to his father, saying: “It’s in his hands.”

He added: “I have no idea how much longer my father has – he is no longer speaking to me – but it would be nice to reconcile.”

Throughout the interview Harry also hit out at the UK saying he felt “let down” by his country and claims he will no longer be returning to his homeland. Despite his claims of seeking a reconciliation, Harry insisted he had no regrets even if his family will never forgive him.
