Seven months after welcoming daughter Saga Blade with MGK, Megan Fox stepped out for an LA screening of her cult-classic flick “Jennifer’s Body” wearing a nude corset gown dripping with crimson beadwork that mimicked the look of blood droplets.

A fitting choice for the horror flick — in which she plays a bloodthirsty, possessed high school student Jennifer Check — the custom Karine Gasparyan design also featured scarlet boning along the strapless bodice.

Fox, 39, and MGK, 35, announced the birth of their daughter in March, five months after they called it quits in November 2024.

“She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed 🥹💓♈️♓️♊️,” the musician, born Colson Baker, captioned a sweet black-and-white video of himself with the newborn.

At the time, insiders told People that the duo, who have been dating on and off since 2020, were “amicable.”

While Fox has shied away from sharing additional details about her daughter, the actress candidly revealed her pregnancy was “unplanned” in May.

 

At the time, she took to her Instagram Stories to reshare a clip of her “Overcompensating” guest appearance, sharing that she was six weeks pregnant when she filmed the Amazon Prime series last year.

“Unplanned but a happy surprise,” the “Jennifer’s Body” star captioned the post.

Despite being separated, Fox and MGK jetted off to Costa Rica for a family vacation in July.

An insider told Us Weekly that the two were “still being intimate and technically trying to work things out to reconcile.”

“This trip is a big stepping stone in that direction,” the source alleged.

On Friday, People reported the “Home” crooner was spending “pretty much every night” with Fox and their child, noting that they’ve been “act[ing] like a couple, but they haven’t put a label on it or made anything official.”

“They’re putting the baby first, and it’s brought them closer in many ways,” the insider claimed.

Fox also shares kids Noah, 13, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 9, with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.
