A JUDGE ruling on a visa “drugs” row about Prince Harry appears to have decided the case, The Sun on Sunday can reveal.

Judge Carl Nichols submitted his decision to a US court in a sealed document.

It has not been made public, but may be released in the coming days.

However sources said they understood the order was procedural rather than a judgement.

The case was brought last year by the Heritage Foundation think tank.

The organisation sued the Department of Homeland Security after it refused a Freedom of Information request to see immigration files on Harry — now a US resident.

The think tank claims the Duke of Sussex may have lied on visa forms in a section asking about drug use.

Harry talked about using cannabis, cocaine and magic mushrooms in his book Spare and his Netflix TV series.

Judge Nichols filed his decision at a court in Washington DC after studying Harry’s immigration documents for four months.

It can only be seen by “authorised persons”.

The Department of Homeland Security declined to comment. Harry’s representatives have been contacted.
