The Truth About Meghan Markle & Prince Harry's Alleged Divorce Book Deal Will Make You LOL!

Divorce? What divorce? Prince Harry and Meghan Markle can’t divorce — even if they supposedly might one day want to!

That’s the new claim being made by a very attention-grabbing insider who is dishing ALL the dirt about the Sussexes! In a report published on Wednesday by Page Six, a source dropped tons of tea about the Montecito-based couple, and it all centers around one thesis: that they are entirely too famous and in demand ONLY as a couple, and not as solo influencers!

Citing how Meghan and Harry supposedly can’t split because “their value is in being a couple,” the source told the outlet that the Suits alum had indeed allegedly been shopping a potential post-divorce book at one point. Just like that infamous Vanity Fair piece from last week had claimed. BIG yikes!

However!!! The insider claimed that a divorce would nix all the staying power the pair has in the public eye:

“Meghan and Harry know that they are tied together, their value is in being a couple — even if they wanted to split, they couldn’t. And honestly, they are obsessed with each other. They are just two narcissists.”

Oof!

Such a shady little dig there at the end!!

Furthermore, a second insider purportedly familiar with the $20 million deal the couple signed back in 2021 with book publishing giant Penguin Random House claimed they had never heard a single thing about a post-divorce book as part of that contract. Huh!

That publishing house insider asserted:

“They are worth more together. It doesn’t benefit them to be apart — they have all their deals together. I think the Random House deal is much like the Netflix deal: Netflix just said ‘Yes’ to everything because they wanted to get the docu-series. So they said, ‘OK, we’ll take the ‘Polo’ show’ and let’s see what happens with Meghan’s lifestyle show.’”

These Page Six sources have also confirmed that Harry’s memoir Spare was indeed initially supposed to be a two-part saga before he ultimately decided to keep it to one book. That tome sold like gangbusters, too. It’s now up to more than 6 million copies sold worldwide and currently holds the Guinness World Record for being the fastest-selling non-fiction book of all time.

And yet for her part, the actress has released a children’s book… and nothing else.

There were other Penguin Random House books-to-be for the couple, too. The outlet reports that Markle was at one point eyeing a potential wellness book, and the couple was possibly even going to co-author a book about leadership. Ooookay…
