The whole family, including kids Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, could be seen embracing and smiling for the camera.

It’s a great pic! But here’s the thing. Per People, they typically release a brand new photo to mark the special occasion, but this year, they’ve decided to reuse a photo featured in Kate Middleton‘s cancer-free announcement video. Hmm.

After a year filled with Photoshop blunders and AI speculation, you’d think they would’ve just picked a never-before-scene pic to do away with any possible conspiracy theories! But we guess it was easier to pull from the previous photoshoot.

It’s an inneresting choice, though, and comes right after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle went the opposite route by sharing a rare and new pic of their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet! When you compare the two, Will and Kate’s is rather simple! Is that a sign of trouble? Or do they just not need to put as much effort into trying to tell a certain story with their card? Hmm.
