Prince William Makes Rare Public Comment About Prince Harry Amid Ongoing Rift!

Prince William is opening up about a key memory from his childhood… Which includes Prince Harry!

Over the last few years of the royal brothers’ estrangement, the Prince of Wales has kept a tight lip about his younger brother — at least publicly. But in the trailer for his new ITV documentary Prince William: We Can End Homelessness, the 42-year-old mentions Harry’s name while reflecting on a prominent memory from his childhood.

In the preview, William tells a story about his late mother Princess Diana taking him and Harry to a charity event for those affected by homelessness. William explains:

“My mother took me to The Passage; she took Harry and I both there. I must have been 11 at the time, maybe 10. I had never been to anything like that before, and I was a bit anxious about what to expect. My mother went about her usual, making everyone feel relaxed, having a laugh and joking with everyone. I remember at the time kind of thinking, ‘Well, if everyone doesn’t have a home, they’re all going to be really sad.’ But it was incredible how happy an environment it was.”

No wonder he’s so passionate about bringing an end to homelessness! It’s something his mother instilled in him from a very young age!

William’s mention of Harry is brief, it’s the first time he’s publicly said Harry’s name in recent memory! You can watch the full trailer (below):

The last time the two were seen physically at the same place was in August at their uncle Lord Robert Fellowes’ funeral — but they reportedly kept their distance and didn’t speak.
