Prince Harry knows the holiday season can be tough.
The Duke of Sussex attended a festive virtual holiday party hosted by the non-profit organization Scotty’s Little Soldiers to support young people dealing with grief after losing a parent who served in the British Armed Forces. Wearing a Santa hat, he told 280 young listeners, per the charity’s website on Wednesday:
“It’s OK to feel however you feel at Christmas. Some people will be celebrating and happy, other people feel reflective, some people will be sad, and maybe you’ll experience every single one of these emotions and that’s absolutely fine. Remember you’ve got each other, you’ve got Scotty’s and you’ve got the people that love you.”
While he’s talking about understanding a thing or two about grief at the holidays because of the loss of his mother Princess Diana, we wonder if he’ll be feeling emotional because of his marriage this year??

Meg and Harry have faced a ton of breakup rumors over the years, but in the last few weeks, divorce speculation has skyrocketed following numerous solo appearances — like this one! The father of two has already hit back at the rumors, but they continue to work separately. Even when discussing her holiday plans and favorite traditions, the Suits alum didn’t mention her hubby by name. A bit worrisome!
We hope this Christmas isn’t a sad one for Harry…
For anyone dealing with a loss like he mentioned, though, our hearts are with you. You’re not alone!
