According to British socialite Lady Colin Campbell, Markle seems to aspire to a billionaire lifestyle without the accompanying wealth. Campbell expressed these observations while discussing the couple’s lifestyle challenges and financial difficulties.

Markle Is Allegedly Spending More Than She Makes

She elaborated on her perspective during a recent interview with GB News, with the conversation starting with Lady C accusing the former royal of yearning for the luxuries associated with immense wealth, despite not necessarily possessing the financial means to support such a lifestyle.

“She has a billionaire lifestyle without the money,” she began. “Not to mention, at the same time, “they’re quickly running into serious problems financially.”

She may have been referring to Meghan and Instagram’s Spotify deal that was axed last year, despite reportedly being worth millions and Meghan’s short-lived podcast winning several awards. There was initially concern Netflix would do the same to their multi-million production deal, but , so far, the axe hasn’t come down.

All in all, Campbell asserted her belief that Meghan is “not capable of learning a lesson which is tragic because, for all her personal character and personality flaws, she would have now been the most popular human being on Earth,” and “Catherine [Kate Middleton] wouldn’t be.”

According to a source cited in a report by Page Six, the brand has not engaged in discussions with sourcing and buyers teams, indicating that a release date for products is far from being disclosed.

“They [Harry and Meghan] consistently make announcements and roll things out really early … to what point?” they claimed. The same insider also had a comment on the couple’s finances, saying cutting back their spending would be critical in the face of the brand’s unsuccessful launch.

“They’re not broke,” they claimed. “But they’re going to have to keep spending their money, instead of banking it.”
