Meghan Markle Is A 'Mean Girls Teenager' And 'Really, Really, Really Awful' To Employees, Staffer Claims!

Meghan Markle, Ice Queen???

That’s the general gist of the claims being made against Prince Harry‘s wife in a new Vanity Fair exposé published on Friday.

In it, an anonymous staffer is coming forward with terrible (and terribly hot) tea about how the Duchess of Sussex supposedly acted towards and around them whenever things would go wrong. Get your popcorn ready, y’all — because this yet another round of Meg-related content that is juicy and controversial AF!

According to an insider speaking in the VF report, Meg could be cold, withholding, and cruel seemingly at the drop of a hat “if something went poorly.” Yeesh! We’ve certainly heard of bosses like that.

One former colleague who was said to have partnered with Markle on various media projects claimed it was “really, really, really awful” and “very painful” to work with the Suits alum. Jeez!! If you’re keeping track at home, that is “really” spoken out a whopping THREE times!!! That’s awful!

That ex-staffer added:

“Because she’s constantly playing checkers — I’m not even going to say chess — but she’s just very aware of where everybody is on her board. And when you are not in, you are to be thrown to the wolves at any given moment.”

Don’t think for a second we didn’t pick up on that “not even going to say chess” dig. They’re saying she’s not as smart as she thinks she is. Ouch…

According to the staffer, the mom of two would be warm and bubbly whenever somebody started working with her, but then would turn on staffers as soon as one of her and/or Harry’s demands weren’t met.

The media worker also claimed Meg could be “undermining” to her colleagues to the point of going behind their backs and working against the things staffers and employees were trying to do. So frustrating, if true!! The insider explained:

“It’s talking behind your back. It’s gnawing at your sense of self. Really, like, Mean Girls teenager.”

Yikes!

And yet… that insider obviously didn’t put their name on those claims, and instead chose to release them anonymously. We say that because on the other hand, a producer named Jane Marie did put her name on some claims — and her story was quite different!

Marie, who worked with Meghan and Harry on several different audio products for their company Archewell, told VF that the former royal was “just a lovely, genuine person.” And that was that!

Hmmm… obviously, one of these people has it right. What do U think, Perezcious readers?! Is it the anonymous interviewee who may feel like they can speak freely with their identity shrouded?? Or on the other hand, perhaps they are using the anonymity to take an unfair shot at the Suits star??

Or, looking at it from the other POV, is Marie on track with her take and thus confident enough to put her name on it?? Or is she simply angling to be as nice as possible in order to secure future employment?!

That’s a thinker. A real puzzler as they say in the competitive checkers world! All we’ll say is this: we’ve certainly heard things like this about Meghan in the past…
