Meghan Markle blames Kate Middleton for being denied royal ‘top dog’ status: Evidence reveals Meghan Markle and Duchess Catherine weren’t close friends during Princess’s decline

According to one royal expert, this situation led to turmoil within the royal family that cascaded. Here’s everything you need to know about the chill in the air.

Kate And Meghan Not Best Buddies

Royal pundit Richard Fitzwilliams told GB News that “The relationship between Meghan and Catherine was cold or cool, putting it mildly. Meghan only lasted about a year and a half as a senior working royal before they indicated that they were unhappy.”

According to Fitzwilliams, the Discount Duchess “was so used to the red carpet and the audience it was though she and Harry would be perfect for the role. She was, of course, deeply unhappy.”

That unhappiness led to Megxit in 2020. That January the traitors announced that they needed to have financial freedom and threw off their senior royal positions for the ability to sell jam and dog collars.

Royal Family News – Harry And Meghan Dropped Megxit

Fitzwilliams doesn’t have a “specific reason behind” Megxit but notes that “Harry was unhappy, and I think Meghan provided the way out in a sense.”

In Harry & Meghan, the couple’s Netflix reality show, Grifter shed light on her first encounter with Kate and Prince William and why things never warmed up past the tepid stage.

Meghan Is A Grabber

She declared, “I was a hugger and have always been a hugger. I didn’t realize that that was really jarring for a lot of Brits. I guess I started to understand very quickly that the formality on the outside carried through on the inside.”

The couple have tried to explain why they launched Megxit, and now many believe it was to “build a global brand independent of the monarchy.

Royal Family News – Were The Markles Building A Brand?

Royal pundit Jennie Bond stated that she “always held the view that Meghan failed to understand that she would never be the top dog in the royal family… or even the deputy top dog.” Ruff.

She added that Meghan was a square peg in a round hole: “It’s just that the royal family was the wrong vehicle for her ambitions” and Phil Dampier noted “To be honest, I don’t think she ever intended to stay in the royal family.”

Today Meghan and Harry don’t have much to show for their ambitions. As the world waits for her latest venture, American Riviera Orchard, to get off the ground tell us if you think that 2025 will be the year Hank and Skank finally soar?
