Liam Payne’s girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, seemingly honored the late One Direction singer with a tattoo tribute.
The influencer debuted a pair of angel wings on her index and middle fingers in a photo of herself cuddling up to their adopted dog, Nala.
Cassidy shared the image to her Instagram Story on Sunday in a rare social media post.

The late musician’s girlfriend didn’t share any explanation about the ink and simply captioned the picture with a red heart emoji.
The singer tragically died at age 31 on Oct. 16 after falling from a balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Cassidy’s photo with Nala seemed to be a subtle nod to the “Teardrops” musician, as they adopted the dog together one month prior to his death.

They adopted the dog named Nala one month before the musician died.
In a video posted to Cassidy’s TikTok on Sept. 16, she shared that she was “so nervous” to ask her boyfriend if they could adopt a dog from the local shelter.
“How would you feel if we gave the shelter a little call and went to go rescue a dog?” she recalled asking Payne.
The internet personality then shared a brief clip of Payne meeting Nala, which Cassidy captioned, “Liam was totally on board.”
Payne and Cassidy — who he began dating in October 2022 — adopted the 4-month-old dog because they wanted to “give her a second chance at a better life.”
Cassidy previously revealed on TikTok that Payne was “totally on board” with adopting Nala.

The “X Factor” alum fractured his skull in his fatal fall from his hotel balcony.
Payne additionally suffered multiple injuries that led to internal and external bleeding, the National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office told Page Six of its preliminary autopsy report.
A toxicology report revealed that Payne had multiple drugs in his system at the time of his sudden death.
Cassidy — who Payne was supporting financially — attended his funeral on Nov. 20 alongside One Direction members Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson.

The former bandmates had a somber reunion that day as they came together to say goodbye to Payne.
Also in attendance at the funeral last month was Cheryl Cole — the mother of Payne’s 7-year-old son, Bear.
The exes dated for more than two years before they called it quits in 2018. Cole gave birth to Bear in March 2017.
