The Fox News contributor worked through the final days of her pregnancy ā which led some online trolls to ask intrusive questions andĀ make gross commentsĀ about her pregnancy bump.
āHi everyone! I am under the close care of a doctor, and I promise that both of us know and care far more about my health and the health of my own baby than any random online stranger does from just seeing me on TV,ā TimpfĀ fired backĀ on X on February 17.
āAlthough Iām sure much of it is well-intentioned, I donāt need to be bombarded with comments about how my belly looking this way or that way CLEARLY means I will be needing this or that procedure,ā she said.
āOr how I shouldnāt be at work, or concerns about my āamniotic fluidā or any other wildly personal medical thing.ā
PREGNANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
TimpfĀ announced her pregnancyĀ last July in an emotional opinion story for Fox News.
She said she was surprised by the pregnancy because of her age.
āI never expected to find myself in this situation,ā Timpf wrote at the time.
āActually, Iād prepared myself for every outcome but this one: First, I expected that I wouldnāt get pregnant, especially not naturally.
āOnce I did, I expected that Iād probably miscarry. I mean, I am 35, which makes mine a geriatric pregnancy, medically speaking.ā

āI get a lot of people telling me to stop talking about it and theyāre sick of hearing about it,ā Timpf said.
āIām like, āIām so sorry that my pregnancy has been hard for you.ā
āItās nine months of my life and then Iām not gonna talk about it anymore and itās not gonna be happening.ā
