TV chef Clodagh McKenna was forced to apologise to viewers following a naughty language slip-up on This Morning.
The 49-year-old was back on the ITV show on Monday (February 17) as she whipped another tasty culinary dish on the weekly daytime show.
Guiding presenters Dermot O’Leary, Alison Hammond and viewers at home on how to make a potato Frittart, Clodagh ensured the This Morning kitchen didn’t become too chaotic as she presented her very own recipe.
But while cracking a joke with the hosts, Clodagh’s use of words became rather cheeky, leaving her red-faced.
While talking about the name of her dish, as Alison asked whether it was a quiche, the chef told Alison and Dermot: “After a few drinks, it would be a freaking tart!”
But with Alison laughing at Clodagh’s joke, Dermot looked uneasy.
Clodagh quickly caught on and said: “Oh, I shouldn’t have said that, should I?”
Dermot replied: “Oh, I mean you’re borderline.”

Clodagh then apologised frantically and said: “Sorry, I’m really sorry if I offended anybody.”
But Dermot was on hand to reassure Clodagh and told her “don’t worry” as he gently moved her on.
Viewers at home picked up on the chaotic scenes in the kitchen and headed to X to share their thoughts. One fan wrote: “Clodagh keeping it real love that.” Another penned: “Fricking tart and 11:50 in the morning love it.”
While a third said they would attempt to try the dish and wrote: “I’ll try that I have eggs from January.”

Posting a picture of herself holding the Frittart, she said: “Good morning from @thismorning @itv. I’m making a new recipe today, is call The Frittart! It’s gluten-free, no pastry instead I use smashed potatoes as the base and rim. It’s SO delicious!!
“See you at 11.40am in the kitchen with @alisonhammond55 @dermotoleary.”
One fan replied to her post: “What a great idea! I’ve been making frittatas for years, but this looks great. Thanks, Clodagh.” Another also said: “Brilliant idea! I’ve been wanting to do something different. You’re a marvel, Clodagh.”
