The biggest action show is almost back. Starting on February 20, Reacher Season 3 will put its titular hero, Jack Reacher (Alan Ritchson), in a new undercover operation with some very dangerous people. Based on Lee Child’s seventh book in the series, Persuader, originally published in 2003, the new season promises to deliver the show’s signature intrigue, fast pacing, and action.

But, the heart of a good Reacher story is always the mystery. And for those who have read Persuader, the various revelations and big twists are excellent in this installment. That said, despite the fact that Reacher is usually faithful to books that it adapts, there are still bound to be surprises even for the biggest fans of the novels.
