Australian actor pointed towards the behavior of her husband, Tom Ackerley

Margot Robbie was seen bursting into a fit of hysterical laughter whilst on the walkway at the 2023 Gotham Film Awards.

The Australian actor was seen posing alongside her husband, Tom Ackerley, as she prepared to receive significant acclaim for her role in the movie ‘Barbie’.

However, Robbie was unable to stifle her laughter and it was clear that something had pushed her to the edge in this regard.

Whilst unclear, the photographer at the scene suspected that her husband had something to do with the sudden theatrics, and the question was then asked.

“Is he pinching your bum?” asked a Page Six reporter.

It was at this moment that Robbie continued to laugh, in a more reserved manner than before, yet still she wouldn’t answer the question.

“He is, right? He’s pinching your bum?” the persistent reporter continued.

Tom Ackerley denied the allegation

Whilst all appearing to be in good fun, Page Six then turned their attention to the perpetrator of said act, Tom Ackerley, who assured reporters that he had not pinched his wife’s behind.

The couple remain fiercely in love, despite opting to keep much of their relationship a secret from the public, although we do occasionally get a glimpse of the domestic happiness the two share.

When finally on stage to celebrate the success of Barbie, Robbie was taken aback by a suggestion that the director of the film is surprised whenever the Australian texts her back.

“Of course I text you back,” Robbie exclaimed.

“When I first read the Barbie script, I had a minor panic attack because I thought they’re never going to let us make this.”

Robbie and Ackerley‘s professional work has seen them produce a number of movies and television shows together, including ‘I, Tonya’ and ‘Promising Young Woman’.
