Rebecca Ferguson has become quite a big name in Hollywood, having a reputation for being not only an exceptionally talented actress but also an amazing person. Interestingly enough, a recent incident involving her has proven just how protective Hollywood is over her. During an interview where she was promoting the Timothee Chalamet film, the actress revealed that there was an actor that she had worked with in the past, who made her feel really bad, simply because they were successful.

What started as a small comment of her sharing a story about herself, has turned into a witch-hunt in the film industry, with the entire world trying to find out the name of the actor who made Ferguson feel like this.

Rebecca Ferguson Was Disrespected By A Co-Star

Rebecca Ferguson gave an interview on Reign with Josh Smith, where she revealed a very unfortunate experience she had with one of her co-stars. She mentioned that she was working with a person on a film, and they would yell at her a lot, asking if she was capable enough to work alongside them, and would leave the actress with tears in her eyes.

“This person would literally look at me in front of the whole crew and say, ‘You call yourself an actor? This is what I have to work with?’ I stood there just breaking,” Ferguson continued. “Because this person was number one on the call sheet, there was no safety net for me. No one had my back.”
The person in question was at the highest in the hierarchy of actors on that set, so there was not much that the actress could do but tolerate. Unfortunately, when it happened, Ferguson was trying to understand her limits and found it difficult to stand up for herself.

“You get off my set. You can F off. I’m gonna work towards a tennis ball. I never want to see you again.” Ferguson told her co-star.
That was, until ever she had enough. She ended up yelling at her co-stars and telling them that she would rather act toward a tennis ball than act with them and decided that she never wanted to work with the person again.

Active Manhunt In Hollywood

While the entire situation had been dealt with by her, the fact that Rebecca Ferguson left out the name of the co-star has resulted in her fans going on a witchhunt. None of the past collaborators are safe, as many actors and their publicists have made statements about it not being them or their clients. It would also seem that what meets the public eye is only the tip of the iceberg.

“This is actually consuming Hollywood. The big-old Hollywood mystery.” Rocha went on, “They were going through all her images, all her movies rather, and picking out the co-stars. And just like a hurricane, or a natural disaster, people started calling themselves safe from Rebecca Ferguson.” He even added, “This has been a massive story in Hollywood.”
“Biggest Manhunt in Hollywood for ages. I mean Jesus Christ. Forget OJ,” said Sneider.
During a segment on The Hot Mic, industry insiders John Rocha and Jeff Sneider talked about how the world has hyper-fixated on who the actor is. The two even called it one of the biggest mysteries of Hollwyood, comparing it to the Black Daliah murder and OJ Simpson, calling it bigger than them.
