Season 2 wrapped up on a cliffhanger, but what’s next?
It’s official: Netflix romantic comedy XO, Kitty has been renewed for season 3, as revealed by Deadline.
“I’m so excited to head back to Seoul for another season with our incredible cast and crew,” said showrunner Jessica O’Tool. “If you thought junior year at KISS brought the drama…just wait.
“I know we left fans on a cliffhanger at the end of season 2 but I can promise season 3 will be worth the wait, including our first summer episode — not to mention plenty of romance, friendship, adventure…and kissing. Lots of kissing.”
To celebrate the renewal, lead Anna Cathcart shared the following video in which she can be seen holding the script for the first episode of season 3.
The second season of the To All the Boys spin-off wrapped up on a major cliffhanger for Kitty and Min-ho, with fans desperate to know what happens next.

XO, Kitty season 3 potential release date: When could it air?
We wouldn’t expect new episodes to arrive until 2026 at least.
Given that there was more than a year and a half between seasons 1 and 2, we could be looking at mid-late 2026.
But that’s just an educated guess.

XO, Kitty potential season 3 plot: What could happen?
At the end of season 2, it looked like Kitty and Min-ho were going to kiss, but Min-ho had sworn off relationships after his Stella saga, and as such, there was no smooching, leaving Kitty questioning if they’re really meant to be.
But now that she’s joining Min-ho on his brother’s upcoming tour over the summer, they’re going to be spending a lot of time with one another, and Kitty is also returning to KISS for another year, which means it’s make or break for them.
