YSL (Young Stoner Life Records) co-founder Mondo is trending on social media after he posted a video stating that Offset had once called him out for sending a message to Cardi B. The clip was obtained by Say Cheese!, who shared it through their official page on X (formerly Twitter). Mondo referred to Offset by saying:
“Man, this b*tch called my phone man. Damn bro why you playing with a n*gga? Ayy this on God don’t let me wake up tomorrow if I’m lying.”
Mondo, aka Fremondo Crenshaw, is also a musical artist and had requested Offset not to call him. He stated:
“We ain’t gon’ do that Tinder man. We ain’t gon’ do that ’cause I know what I’m sayin’? Don’ get mad ’cause I smacked one of your baby mama and I tried to f*ck I ain’t gonna say f*ck take that back cause there ain’t no disrespect to Cardi but I really would just let her know man you need a real n*gga in yo life.”
Crenshaw claimed that Offset was displeased by the former’s conversation with Cardi B and was unaware of her association with Offset. Crenshaw was also heard saying:
“I don’t even know you boy. Put this on your kids boy you don’t know me. When I first started talking to shia my boy, boy used to pillow talk, used to throw salt and say all type of s*cker sideways a*s sh*t. But you been knowing me through long way them you’ve been knowing me and we ain’t gonna speak on the street.”
Offset receives support from an anonymous woman in response to YSL Mondo’s video
Although Cardi and Offset have not responded to the YSL co-founder’s clip, a woman named Shya L’Amour defended the latter. Notably, Shya, the mother of a child with Offset, went live on Instagram, and the video was later made available through Live Bitez.
Shya claimed in her live that Mondo was trying to get some attention and continued:
“Put a b*tch up in a warehouse somewhere, do something other than talk about who’s sleeping with who.”
Crenshaw created headlines last month after he showcased his support towards Gunna, who was sentenced to five years after being arrested on RICO charges in 2022. Crenshaw posted a lengthy statement on his Instagram Story at the time and said:
“I’m man enough to say I should’ve never spoken about the Gunna situation because technically he didn’t rat. He just kinda folded under pressure & should’ve just stayed down with his mans till everything was over cause all the originals know he ain’t did nothing wasn’t even around from the beginning.”
Mondo has also been involved in some legal issues over the years and was arrested in August 2023 on charges of violating the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act. According to Complex, the charges were imposed after a few weapons, along with drugs and cash, were discovered by the authorities at his residence.
Despite being known as the co-founder of YSL, he has not been involved with the RICO case until now. His Instagram story related to Gunna was a response to a statement he made about the latter in January last year, expressing criticism on how Gunna used a plea deal to find a way out of prison.
