The opportunity comes after Rihanna praised Glo’s “TGIF.”
GloRilla made her Fenty debut representing all three Rihanna-owned brands and being the first-ever joint ambassador to do so.
The Memphis rapper stars in ‘Glo Up Close,’ wearing Fenty Beauty and Fenty Hair products and Savage X Fenty lingerie. The opportunity also comes after the “Glorious” rapper and Rihanna have supported each other from afar. In TK, Rihanna rapped along to Glo’s “TGIF” in a viral video, while the “Glorious” rapper would later call RiRi her “twin.”
“I’m beyond excited to be the first joint partner for Fenty brands for spring 2025,” Glo said in a statement. “Rihanna has always been such an icon and inspiration and being chosen to represent her vision across Savage x Fenty and Fenty Beauty is an honor. This spring season is all about celebrating confidence, boldness and embracing your glow. I can’t wait for y’all to experience it all.”
Rihanna, who hasn’t released an album since “Anti” in 2016, hilariously checked in with GloRilla last summer, asking the rapper via Instagram DM when her debut album was set to drop. The message came shortly after the 9-time Grammy winner teasingly danced to “TGIF” while attending last year’s Paris Fashion Week with A$AP Rocky.
