‘They know nothing!’ Meghan Markle and Prince Harry blasted for commenting on Covid

PRINCE HARRY and Meghan Markle have been grilled for their outspoken comments on the coronavirus vaccine.

Royal expert Angela Levin took aim at both Meghan Markle and Prince Harry while speaking on the show The Royal Beat. Ms Levin accused the pair of behaving like “gurus” when it came to coronavirus vaccines. Ms Levin claimed the pair were not experts on virology and were getting information from experts like everyone else.

Ms Levin claimed: “Meghan and Harry know nothing about virology.

These comments come ahead of Meghan and Harry heading to the Global Citizen Live event in New York this weekend.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will make an in-person appearance at the 24-hour performance-packed broadcast in a bid to help raise awareness about vaccine equity all across the globe.

The royal couple will be joined by other celebrities like Doja Cat, Billie Eilish, Camila Cabello, Jennifer Lopez and Lizzo.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex previously supported Global Citizen and their causes earlier this year in May.

During the Vax Live concert, the couple said: “Over the past year, our world has experienced pain, loss and struggle together.

“Now we need to recover and heal together.

“We can’t leave anybody behind. We will all benefit, we will all be safer, when everyone, everywhere has equal access to the vaccine.

“We must pursue equitable vaccine distribution and, in that, restore faith in our common humanity.

“The mission couldn’t be more critical or important.”

Other Royal Family members have also emphasised the importance of getting the vaccine during the pandemic.

In January, The Queen released the news of her shot at Windsor Castle and a month later, she took part in a video call with health officials spearheading the vaccine rollout, adding that hers was “very quick and didn’t hurt at all.”
