“La Dolce Villa” is currently the most popular movie on Netflix, according to the platform’s public ranking system.

The new rom-com premiered on the streaming service on Feb. 13 and quickly zoomed up the popularity chart. “Felicity” and “Scandal” star Scott Foley stars as a businessman who travels to Italy to intervene after his idealistic daughter purchases a crumbling Tuscan villa she has big dreams of restoring.

Upon arriving in the Bel Paese, however, he embarks on his own adventure of romance and rediscovery.

The top movie on Apple TV+ at the moment is the new sci-fi horror film “The Gorge.”

Starring Miles Teller and Anya Taylor-Joy, the film follows two elite snipers tasked with guarding a deep gorge that holds dark secrets. “The Gorge” premiered on Feb. 14 to mixed reviews from critics.

“Longlegs”

“Longlegs” is the most popular movie on Hulu right now. The horror thriller became a critical and commercial success upon its release in July 2024.

Starring Maika Monroe, Nicolas Cage and Blair Underwood, “Longlegs” revolves around an FBI agent working an unsolved serial killer case that takes a personal turn.

“Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy”

“Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy” premiered on Peacock on Feb. 13. The rom-com is the fourth installment in the “Bridget Jones” film franchise, based on Helen Fielding’s bestselling series of novels.

Directed by Michael Morris, the latest film focuses on themes of parenthood, grief and dating in the modern era. Renée Zellweger, Hugh Grant, Colin Firth and Emma Thompson reprise their roles alongside new characters played by Chiwetel Ejiofor, Leo Woodall and Isla Fisher.

“Flow”

The most popular movie on Max is the animated fantasy film “Flow,” which is up for the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature and Best International Feature Film.

Titled “Straume” in its original language, the Latvian movie follows a cat, dog, capybara and lemur struggling to survive catastrophic flooding that destroys their forest home.
