A Marvel spokesperson confessed to the outlet in a statement that the actor was, in fact, fired due to the “egregious nature of the findings” surrounding his behavior. Recently, DeMayo finally spoke on his side of the story (via X-men Updates) and what he had to say was quite interesting.
The allegations of egregious misconduct are false, the rumors being spread around me online are lies.
He defiantly stated that the allegations were not based on reality and that the rumors were all false.
