‘When I adopted my dog, the next day, I had a luxury brand leash and new collar on my doorstep,’ one ex-Archewell staffer said.
Meghan Markle has been praised for her thoughtful gifts to employees by staffers in a fresh twist to an ongoing row over the duchess’s alleged conduct at Archewell.
A number of bombshell claims had been tabled in US outlet The Hollywood Reporter that Meghan’s “reported penchant for noisy tantrums and angry 5am emails has earned her the in-house moniker ‘Duchess Difficult'”.
Archewell insiders had been quick to dispute these to GB News, telling The People’s Channel that the “quotes were fabricated by someone lacking knowledge of our company”.
The outlet’s co-editor-in-chief Maer Roshan said he stood by the story after a backlash from Sussex supporters.

Roshan also cast down claims that Buckingham Palace had “manufactured” the “difficult” rumours – and backed his reporter on the original story.
And now, an article from fellow American magazine US Weekly titled “What It’s Really Like to Work for Meghan Markle” has cast doubt on the claims and counter-claims once again.
The piece has revealed fresh insights into the Sussexes’ workplace culture, highlighting their “concern and care”-focused approach to team management.
Former and current staff members have spoken out in support of the Sussexes, sharing examples of the couple’s considerate gestures and efforts to create a positive work environment.

One former employee revealed: “When I adopted my dog, the next day, I had a luxury brand leash and new collar on my doorstep.”
While elsewhere, new parents at Archewell are understood to receive brand-new gifts and high-end second-hand baby items from the exiled couple themselves.
An unnamed current staff member shared: “Meghan will do things like: ‘You mentioned on the call your skin is bothering you… I put together a kit for you.'”

Ashley Hansen, global press secretary to the Sussexes and Archewell’s head of communications shared her own experience of support during medical leave.
She told US Weekly: “When I told them, I was met with the kind of concern and care a parent would express if it were their own child.”
Hansen added that the couple sent flowers and care packages, with Meghan personally reaching out to her husband.
