The piece has revealed fresh insights into the Sussexes’ workplace culture, highlighting their “concern and care”-focused approach to team management.

Former and current staff members have spoken out in support of the Sussexes, sharing examples of the couple’s considerate gestures and efforts to create a positive work environment.

One former employee revealed: “When I adopted my dog, the next day, I had a luxury brand leash and new collar on my doorstep.”

While elsewhere, new parents at Archewell are understood to receive brand-new gifts and high-end second-hand baby items from the exiled couple themselves.

An unnamed current staff member shared: “Meghan will do things like: ‘You mentioned on the call your skin is bothering you… I put together a kit for you.'”
