Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have condemned their children to a future that has left the royals in shock

Sussex children face uncertain future in the UK.

Prince Harry, Meghan release new photos of daughter Lilibet

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are facing some tough decisions when it comes to their children’s royal connection. According to a royal insider, they are “condemning their own children” to miss out on their royal ties, as it seems unlikely that Meghan will ever return to the UK, which means the kids may not be back in the country for a while.

When discussing this topic with GBN’s Ben Leo, royal expert Charles Rae expressed his thoughts, saying, “In terms of Meghan, I’m of the school that does not believe that Meghan will ever return to this country. And by implication, it means that the children, unless they’re much older, will not be back in this country for the foreseeable future.”

It seems like Harry and Meghan are planning to have some important conversations with their kids about their royal titles and heritage when they are older. A report from August revealed that the couple wants to make sure Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet Diana understand their royal identity in due course.

They’ll have those conversations in due time,” a family friend shared. It’s clear that they want to handle this aspect of their children’s lives thoughtfully and with care.

Kids will learn about their royal heritage in time

Despite the challenges of living in the public eye, Meghan and Harry are reportedly very hands-on parents. They take their kids to school, pick them up, and are actively involved in their daily lives. The insider shared, “I think every parent wants to share their kid with the world, but they just can’t. William’s kids, for example, have way more safety, even though they’re recognizable. And the same doesn’t apply to Meghan and Harry’s children. They know the world wants to see [them, but] I would expect them to live smaller lives until that gets sorted if it ever does.”

It’s clear that the couple wants to give their children a sense of normalcy and privacy despite their royal lineage. They want to make memories with their kids outside of the palace walls and ensure they have a well-rounded upbringing.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Children: All About Archie and Lilibet

Despite the current challenges, there might be a possibility of the Sussex children heading back to Britain in a few years. “The Invictus Games in 2027 could indeed be a strategic opportunity for Prince Harry to bring his children to the U.K.,” the source hinted.

It’s clear that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are navigating parenthood with thoughtfulness and consideration for their children’s well-being in the midst of their unique circumstances.
