Meghan Markle ‘is ready to take Royal Family feud nuclear’ after ’embarrassing attack’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were not invited to spend the summer in Balmoral with the Royal Family, in what one source has described as a ‘personal attack’.

Meghan Markle is set to get her “revenge” on the Royal Family by releasing a tell-all memoir, according to a source.

The Duchess of Sussex recently opened up about her mental health struggles during her time in The Firm, sparking fresh rumors she could be about to reveal more in a book. A source has said this would “cause so much trouble” and take the royal feud to “nuclear”.

However, the source suggested Meghan feels forced to speak out in a memoir after she and Prince Harry were left off the invite list for the Royal Family’s holiday to Balmoral, Scotland. They said this was a “personal attack designed to hurt” the couple.

They added: “It’s not just about pride of hurt feelings, there are very ugly repercussions for them when this constant narrative that they’re family outcasts keeps getting fed. It impacts their brand as well as their morale, and it had the potential to put them more at risk.”

The source said Harry and Meghan are now working out a strategy to hit back. “The talk among their friends is that it’s time to take the gloves off and do away with the diplomacy,” the source said as they pointed out there is “so much demand” for Meghan to speak out.

Speaking to Closer, the source suggested this could be in the form of a sit-down interview or tell-all memoir. However, the source warned: “Another tell-all would cause so much trouble, this feud would go nuclear.”

For now, Meghan and Harry are believed to be being cautious when it comes to releasing any other statements about the Royal Family. However, the source suggested they are simply “biding their time” and will not “shy away” from questions about the Royal Family in the future.

Royal expert Tom Quinn also told the publication the prospect of Meghan releasing a tell-all memoir is causing fear among the royals. He explained: “Meghan knows that a personal memoir of her time in the UK as a working royal would sell millions of copies and make her the sort of money she craves. All this fills Charles, William and Kate with horror.”
