Thereafter, with a vision in mind, as Gunn showed his trailer to an unnamed actress in the movie, the filmmaker recalled making her emotional.

I kept saying to the editors, “why isn’t this more like the teaser, which got everybody emotional?” And I remember I was showing it to one of the actors in the — I can’t say because it’s not announced she’s in the movie, I just realized. She was in my trailer and I showed her it, and I looked over and she’s sobbing.

Meanwhile, although James Gunn simply wished to share his team’s reaction to the trailer, during the Q&A session, his remarks about the mystery actress caught all the attention. Sparking speculations among fans, Gunn’s comments led people to wonder about the actress and who she might have been.
