Harry and Meghan Play ‘Victim’ as They Find Themselves at Risk of Losing Their £12m Montecito Mansion. But People Are Cheering It as ‘Punishment’ in Disguise

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Risk Losing Montecito Mansion Amid Visa Scrutiny

Prince Harry’s future in the US is uncertain as his visa application faces scrutiny, potentially impacting his family’s life in America. The Heritage Foundation has sued the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to access Harry’s visa records, specifically concerning his disclosed history of drug use. DHS denied the request, citing privacy protections.

The case is currently being reviewed privately by Judge Carl Nichols. Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told The Sun that this situation could be very embarrassing for Harry, especially if he disclosed drug use on his visa application. If not, it could lead to headlines and potential complications for the Sussexes.

Although Harry’s current visa is valid, its renewal could be problematic, raising speculation about possible deportation. This would force Harry to leave their £12 million Montecito home and uproot his family. Fitzwilliams noted concerns about a “double standard,” suggesting Harry could face issues either from deceit on his visa application or preferential treatment.

Attempts have been made by Harry to block the release of his visa details. The legal battle, initiated on February 24, involves weighing the Heritage Foundation’s arguments for public disclosure against Harry’s privacy rights.

This case could significantly affect Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s life in the US and their Montecito mansion. Further developments are awaited.
