Ever since Tom Holland confirmed the news of the Spider-Man 4 movie being in the works, fans have been thrilled. Rumors and speculations about the possible storyline for the upcoming film have kept the fandom awake.

According to Digital Spy, the Shang-Chi director Destin Daniel Cretton is going to be in charge of the direction for a new Marvel project. Spider-Man 4 will be handled by the talented filmmaker and is scheduled to be released in July 2026.
Reports also confirmed that both Tom Holland and Zendaya would be reprising their respective roles for the upcoming movie. The actor also spoke about the film’s thrilling plotline during his appearance on Good Morning America.

The character, voiced by Andy Serkis, appeared in Venom: The Last Dance, which raised the stakes for Eddie Brock (played by Tom Hardy) and Venom. Although a lot of his backstory has not been explored yet, it is possible the ancient being could become an antagonist for Sony’s Spider-Man Universe.
The character does possess multiverse connections according to the comics, which led to the speculations of his involvement with Marvel’s Spider-Man. However, until official news is released about the same, fans can only look for these insider sources and their alleged claims.
