Marvel star Brian Tyree Henry, who voices Jeff Morales in the Spider-Verse franchise, promises an epic finale in Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse.
Jeff Morales voice actor Brian Tyree Henry offers a new update on Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, promising an emotional Marvel trilogy finale. Following the ending of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, the world has been actively waiting to get the third and final installment in Miles’ trilogy. Initially slated to arrive this year, Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse was pushed back in light of the Hollywood 2023 strikes.
In a new interview with Deadline, Henry was asked about Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, which he confirms is in the works. While he couldn’t offer any details, Henry promised that it will be “more epic than the last one,” sharing the following:
It’s in the works, it’s coming. That one…it’s even more epic than the last…Get your hankies ready, it’s going to go there.

Bryan Tyree Henry Returns To Voice Miles’ Father Jeff Morales
While the Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse release date has not been revealed yet, a handful of details are known about the threequel. Outside of Shameik Moore’s Miles and Henry’s Jeff, Hailee Steinfeld’s Gwen Stacy, Oscar Isaac’s Spider-Man 2099 are also expected to be back for Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse. The creative team has stressed heavily that Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse will be the culmination of Miles’ journey.
Additionally, there may be some live-action elements in Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, as many are speculating that the “Beyond” part in the title is alluding to the live-action parts of the multiverse. Given how Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse even tapped into Sony’s Spider-Man Universe, showing the crossover potential, it would make a lot of sense if they actually were to feature a heavier focus on live-action properties. Having Miles literally meet any of the live-action Spider-Men would become a major moment in Spider-Man film history.
Depending on where they are right now in the Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse production, it might be quite some time before any concrete news begins to come out. However, the wait will be worth it, given how much they raised the bar with Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. Hopefully, as the year gets further in, Sony will be able to share some big news about Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse sooner rather than later.
