Chan was born to Chinese immigrants and kept a low-profile for most of her life

Dating one of the richest men in the world is naturally going to change a person and despite her attempts to cling onto her roots and her privacy, Priscilla Chan is finally embracing the luxury life of being Mark Zuckerberg‘s wife, but how? v
The couple began dating in the early 2000s whilst studying at Harvard University, but whilst he became the household name behind Facebook she managed to stay out of the limelight and continued her academic career.
Chan generally kept to herself and worked as a teacher before going on to study medicine at the University of San Francisco, before she also worked as a pediatrician in San Francisco General Hospital, despite her partner becoming a billionaire.
Even in 2012 when they married, it was a small and private ceremony at their home in Palo Alto which they celebrated by eating fast-food rather than some huge grand event with countless stars there.
And prior to 2015, most of her endeavors were charitable and philanthropic donations with her husband but she avoided becoming the public face of those gestures, although her decision to remain private has changed in the last decade.
Chan begins to live the rich life
After having three children in the last 10 years and forming the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative with Mark, the 39-year-old seems to be willing to put herself out there more so that her three daughters can enjoy their inheritance with their parents, instead of just their dad.
She is now spotted mingling with other members of the ultra-rich in society such as the wedding of Indian billionaire heir Anant Ambani as she wore Alexander McQueen and Mishra designer clothes to the event.
Chan is also the face of a custom Roman-inspired sculpture standing at over seven feet tall as a display of her husband’s love, and she also has a fleet of luxury cars to choose from as she embraces her wealth.
She also owns a $300,000,000 superyacht which they used to travel to Mallorca, Spain, in the Mediterranean which can accommodate an astonishing 24 guests and 48 crew members and she also owns a 500 hectare-property in Hawaii.
Interestingly, despite her touch for philanthropy, she retains the home on the island in the Pacific despite criticism from the locals that it has damaged the community there due to its mansions (plural), treehouses and even a bunker.
