In photos of Moriarty from 2013 to 2023, a slight change in the shape of her nose can be seen. In the most recent photos, her nose appears narrower and straighter, which could be the result of a rhinoplasty. Also visible is a slight increase in the size of her lips, which could be the result of lip augmentation.

However, it is important to note that these changes could also be the result of age and makeup. Moriarty is now 27 years old, and it is possible that her facial features have changed slightly over time.
