Snoop Dogg has been crowned as the greatest rapper of all-time in a Family Feud survey, beating out fellow Hip-Hop legends including 2Pac, The Notorious B.I.G., JAY-Z, and more.

In a recent episode of the beloved game show, music stars Tori Kelly and Meghan Trainor helmed teams that went head to head in guessing the answers to a range of topics, one of them being who is the greatest rap artist to ever pick up a mic.

However, each teams answers were a bit surprising to some, most noticeably host Steve Harvey, who balked at JAY-Z being listed as last, according to the Family Feud survey.

Trainor’s team named artists such as J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, and Lil Wayne as artists they felt would be listed on the survey, whom all missed the cut. Kelly’s team fared a bit better, as her teammates picked 2Pac, who was listed at No. 2, The Notorious B.I.G.. who came in at No. 6, and JAY-Z, who was listed last at No. 8.

Upon seeing JAY-Z’s ranking, Harvey joked that the results were a byproduct of the survey being conducted in an area with residents unknowledgeable about Hip-Hop. “We in Rhode Island again,” the 67-year-old quipped, again asking “Where we at?”

Yet, according to Kelly, Harvey’s appraisal of the survey was from the vantage point of someone who’s a die-hard rap fan, rather than a presumably casual fan of the genre. “You’re thinking as a Hip-Hop head. I don’t think that’s who answered these questions,” the songstress said of the demographic behind the survey.

Harvey was unmoved by Kelly’s reasoning, jokingly “apologizing” to the “entire Hip Hop community,” in light of the survey’s results. “JAY-Z’s last? What in the world?” he added, reiterating his shock at the Brooklyn native ranking so far down the list of perceived rap greats.

The final list of artists picked by Family Feud as the greatest rappers of all-time, from first to last, include Snoop Dogg, 2Pac, Eminem, Dr. Dre, LL Cool J, Biggie, 50 Cent, and JAY-Z. Artists named by contestants, but not listed on the survey, included Nas, Drake, and Ice Cube.
