It’s been claimed Gordon Ramsay raised concerns about Gino D’Acampo’s behaviour two years ago.

This Morning star Gino, 48, is facing allegations from dozens of people who have worked with him over a 12-year period on various programmes, with complaints of alleged bullying and sexually inappropriate comments.

His alleged behaviour has been described by some people as ‘unacceptable,’ ‘distressing’ and ‘horrendous’.

D’Acampo has ‘firmly denied’ the allegations, and said they are ‘deeply upsetting’.

It has now been claimed that D’Acampo and his former co-star Gordon have a ‘fractured’ relationship, and that the latter raised concerns about D’Acampo’s behaviour two years ago.

It’s claimed that this sparked the demise of their friendship, and of their Road Trip series with Fred Siriex.

A source told MailOnline: ‘Gordon was horrified with what had gone on and felt it was time to step in and stop it.

‘He has three daughters and a wife, Tana, who he absolutely adores and felt it was disgusting. He wanted to change those ways but then it led to difficulties between them.

‘Gordon found there was a lot of unacceptable behaviour going on, he saw things he didn’t think were okay so he spoke up. That was that, friendship over.’

It’s claimed the two TV chefs no longer speak and friends of Gordon are ‘throwing Gino under the bus’ after the latest allegations came to light.

‘We wanted to get him as far away as possible,’ friends of Gordon said, about him no longer being connected to D’Acampo.

D’Acampo announced in 2021 that Gordon, Gino and Fred had been ‘cancelled’, taking a dig at Gordon by saying: ‘Breaking News… Unfortunately we will no longer be filming #GordonGinoandFred mainly because @gordongram is too busy working on his hair highlights in USA.

‘But don’t worry guys, @fred_sirieix and I have a plan #JustinGinoandFred Coming soon…….GDx.’

However, a fourth series then aired in 2023, which was filmed in Spain, before D’Acampo confirmed he would not be returning to the series due to ‘scheduling conflicts’.

‘I’ve got a bit of news for you, and the reason I want to tell you is because I don’t want you to read any crap or any wrong information,’ he said at the time.

‘Last week I decided not to film any more Gordon, Gino and Fred Road Trip, the reason is simple, nothing to do with Gordon and Fred – the friendship is very strong.

‘It’s just because we can’t get the dates together.’

He continued: ‘And when we do get the dates together sometimes they get changed and it causes a lot of problems for me.’

The Italian chef said contracts got ‘very complicated’, adding: ‘I rather the friendship than get into arguments with contracts, so I’ve decided not to do Gordon, Gino and Fred anymore because I want to be friends with the boys for many many years. So that’s it really, thank you for watching the show.’

This comes after D’Acampo was accused of humiliating a female dancer by asking her for a threesome and making inappropriate comments while filming his latest ITV programme with Fred.

ITV has pulled all his upcoming shows from their schedules, but a clip from filming his latest ITV show with I’m A Celebrity star Fred has emerged.

It’s claimed D’Acampo was hit with an official complaint while filming after he suggested a threesome with a female dancer, in a video obtained by The Sun.

It shows D’Acampo and Fred in Austria for their new show Emissions Impossible, in footage from October 2023.

While on stage with a female dancer as well as her boyfriend and a second man, D’Acampo can be heard making lewd comments.

‘Why don’t you just have a threesome,’ he asks her, to which she firmly says ‘No’.

He then asks the audience: ‘Everybody happy?’

‘Not me,’ she replies, while Fred urges D’Acampo to ‘bow’ from the stage.

In another clip, D’Acampo tells the two other men that he could ‘get your girl without moving a finger’, and then asks her if she prefers ‘Italian men or French men’.

When she replies with ‘My boyfriend’, he repeats the question, adding: ‘No, forget about your boyfriend.’

The Sun claims after the interaction, the family-based dance company complained to the production crew, with a production crew member saying: ‘The show was subject to a number of complaints from contributors and crew. These were escalated to ITV when filming was halted after a week on location in Austria.

‘This was supposedly due to Gino’s ill health. But there were already concerns about his behaviour when the shoot was pulled.

‘As part of this show Gino and Fred were going to watch them rehearse, before joining them on stage for a performance in front of the audience.

‘The scene was obviously chosen for its comical nature, but Gino was briefed beforehand to be respectful.

‘You can see in the video that the dancers are visibly uncomfortable during filming and Gino made a number of sexually inappropriate comments to them.’

It’s claimed that after the incident, ITV and the production company carried out a review of their duty of care protocols and new measures were put in place.

The show completed filming in June, and aired in December, however, the clips obtained by The Sun did not feature in the final edit.

Reports in 2023 had claimed filming for Emission Impossible was halted after D’Acampo was in a horror crash that left ‘blood everywhere’ when he had been sliding down 200ft on a toboggan holding a cocktail class.

D’Acampo is best known for appearing on shows including This Morning, Let’s Do Lunch and Gino’s Italian Escape.

Since 2018 he’s also fronted Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip alongside Fred and Gordon Ramsay, which follows the trio visiting various countries and cities and exploring local culture and cuisine.

It was reported in December that he was ‘slowly being sidelined’ by ITV after allegedly facing a string of inappropriate behaviour claims made against him.

Following the allegations, ITV said in a statement: ‘All of the concerns and complaints raised by those who have spoken to ITN describe behaviour which is inappropriate and unacceptable. Most of them were not reported to ITV at the time. Where issues have been raised with ITV action has been taken.’

D’Acampo has responded to the full claims with a statement: ‘I have been told by ITN news that allegations have been made about me acting inappropriately, some dating back over ten years ago.

‘I have never been made aware of these matters previously and the allegations are firmly denied. I would not do anything that I thought would upset or distress anyone. This is simply not in my nature. I do not recognise the version of events being put to me.

‘Not only have these allegations never been raised with me before, I have been repeatedly supported by executives at the highest level and was commissioned on prime-time programmes during the period in which it is now suggested I was acting inappropriately.

‘I am a father, husband and have worked with well over 1,500 people on around 80 productions in my career, which I have been so proud of. I take such matters extremely seriously and the suggestion that I have acted in an improper way against is deeply upsetting.’

ITV added in a statement: ‘ITV has made our position very clear.  Our promise to those we work with is that where a complaint is made to ITV or serious concerns raised, we will look into it, and if we find that something inappropriate has happened, we will take action.’ Metro has approached reps for Gino, Gordon and ITV for comment.
