Gino D’Acampo isn’t a fan of Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby’s added input during his cooking segments on This Morning.
During Thursday’s Good Morning Britain, the TV chef, 46, was promoting his upcoming cooking show Gino’s Cooking Up Love – which sees the star helping singletons find love through food.
The former I’m A Celebrity winner has been a regular on ITV’s This Morning where he shares intriguing recipes with viewers alongside Phillip and Holly, however their guidance appears to rub Gino the wrong way.
Addressing how Gino likes to operate, host Susanna Reid said: ‘I know sometimes when you’re in the kitchen with Holly for instance, she’ll suggest you adding an ingredient to a dish…it doesn’t necessarily make you feel more romantic, does it?

‘I’ve seen you get quite cross.’
As he reflected on previous scenarios,Gino replied: ‘Depends on how you enter the kitchen.

‘If I enter the kitchen where I want some romance to happen, I can make it happen, but most of the time Holly and Phillip just wind me up.’
After Susanna and co-host Ben Shephard were left in hysterics, the Family Fortunes host added: ‘They want to put cheese and peas on everything that I do.
‘That’s what they want to do really.’

An iconic moment involving Gino, Phillip and Holly involved was the moment Gino called his grandmother a bike on ITV’s This Morning back in 2010.
Holly remarked that if the pasta dish had ham in it (with Gino already dismayed), his authentic Italian meal would be ‘closer to a British carbonara.’
