DogPack404, a former member of MrBeast’s team, has been served a cease and desist letter a week after he posted a video on his YouTube channel titled I Worked For MrBeast, He’s A Fraud. In the video, DogPack404 accused his former employer of using dubious business practices, manipulating young audiences, and committing fraudulent actions to make inauthentic philanthropic content.

One of MrBeast’s current employees has since put out a statement trying to debunk some of the accusations made by DogPack404, claiming that the accuser was fired from the content creator’s team because of his “erratic behavior.”

It seems things have now proceeded into legal territory, with a cease and desist letter being sent to DogPack404.

With the Ava Kris Tyson grooming allegations being one of the most talked about things on the internet in the last few weeks, MrBeast’s brand has been under a lot of scrutiny from the public.

This is one of the many reasons why DogPack404’s claims that the world’s biggest YouTuber fakes content have garnered so much attention on social media.

After his video came out, DogPack404 has received a lot of support from people critical of MrBeast. However, he has now been hit with a cease and desist letter.

DogPack404, however, doesn’t seem to be taking the warning very seriously. He has since shared a short video claiming that he will not be complying with the cease and desist letter.

In the two-and-half-minute video, DogPack404 said:

“So MrBeast’s legal team did send me a cease and desist. And here is my official response.”

At this point, he referred to a graphic in the video of a raccoon with the words “I will not cease nor desist” emblazoned on it. The rest of the video is a montage of the various claims he made against MrBeast, including casting aspersions on the YouTuber’s challenge videos and philanthropic projects.

The accuser also provided a long list of claims in the same post chain on X, where he insinuated that the content creator’s charitable work is only done for brand image and not to help the environment or others.

DogPack404 further highlighted a section of MrBeast’s interview with MKBHD with the caption:

“In this interview with @MKBHD MrBeast even acknowledges that it (Team Seas) was not actually about the impact of removing 30M pounds of trash but team seas was frequently advertised as a way to “save the ocean”.”

It looks like DogPack404 will be ignoring the cease and desist letter, but it is unclear what the legal repercussions for the decision will be.
