Eminem is one of the world’s greatest rappers and rumours he was coming to the city for a 2024 tour were sparked by a Facebook post

Posts began circulating on social media last night claiming that Eminem is bringing his Revival Tour to Birmingham Resorts World Arena on Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27, 2024. Hopeful fans began listing themselves as ‘going’ with some 29,000 people listing themselves as ‘interested’ on the post.

Our What’s On team, which brings you daily email updates including breaking news on the big gigs and tours coming to the city in our CityLife newsletter has looked into these posts and we can confirm that there’s no Eminem shows scheduled to take place in Birmingham at the time of writing.

We have spoken with Resorts World which confirmed that there’s no Eminem tour dates to share at the moment. The posts circulating on Facebook state that pre-sale tickets go on sale today so be careful when parting with your cash if you do see any claims of this as there’s currently nothing official listed on trusted sites like The Ticket Factory.

Furthermore, if you look carefully at the posts that are circulating on social media, they show that tickets go on sale in 2018. Eminem released his album Revival in the year before.
