Marvel Studios teases more Deadpool variants in a brand new Deadpool & Wolverine trailer ahead of its Marvel Cinematic Universe release. Even though Marvel Studios is only coming out with a single MCU film this year, Deadpool & Wolverine is already projected to be the biggest Marvel movie to release in 2024. Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are together reprising the roles of Wade Wilson and Logan in Deadpool & Wolverine, which is expected to be a crucial piece in the Multiverse Saga.

While the MCU gets ready for the Deadpool & Wolverine release, the marketing is still going strong as Marvel Studios released a new look at the Phase 5 installment, teasing more of the upcoming multiverse adventure. Check it out below.

The Deadpool & Wolverine footage includes not just a closer (and confirmed) look at Marvel’s Lady Deadpool, but the many Deadpool variants that are making their way from page to screen. Though there is a better look at the character, it is still unclear who is portraying Lady Deadpool in the MCU.

With Deadpool & Wolverine bringing Lady Deadpool into the MCU, the confirmation of her live-action debut is exciting for numerous reasons. To begin with, given that we’ll see alternative Deadpool variants in a big story like Deadpool & Wolverine, it will genuinely be fun to see how Wade deals with that concept. With all the variants that exist in the Marvel canon, Deadpool & Wolverine has an endless amount of potential to tap into.

But seeing Wade having to realize that there are even female variants of himself in alternative realities will be fascinating, as it is a dynamic that Deadpool & Wolverine could end up making a big highlight. Depending on who portrays Lady Deadpool, it could also lead to some really amazing banter with her and Reynolds. Given the other characters that will be in the Deadpool & Wolverine story, seeing Lady Deadpool with other characters will also be a blast.

It will still be interesting to see who actually plays her in Deadpool & Wolverine, with many thinking Blake Lively will be Lady Deadpool. If it ends up being true that Taylor Swift isn’t in Deadpool & Wolverine at all, Lively would make the most sense.
