‘Emily in Paris’ Season 4: Sparks Fly, Tensions Rise in First-Look Images

The upcoming installment of the Netflix series will be released in two parts, with the first dropping Aug. 15.

Emily, Mindy, Gabriel, Camille, Sylvie, Luc, Julien and — yes — Alfie are all back in Emily in Paris‘ season four first-look images.

The Netflix series will premiere in two, five-episode installments, with part one being released on Aug. 15 and part two on Sept. 12. It joins another of the streamer’s recent shows to be split into two parts: Bridgerton season three.

Emily in Paris season four picks up after the dramatic events of Camille (Camille Razat) and Gabriel’s (Lucas Bravo) wedding, with Emily (Lily Collins) reeling as she has strong feelings for two men: Gabriel and Alfie (Lucien Laviscount), according to Netflix. But with Gabriel expecting a baby with Camille and Alfie’s worst fears coming to life about Emily and Gabriel, things are not ideal for the main character.

“At work, Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu) is forced to confront a thorny dilemma from her past for the sake of her marriage, and the Agence Grateau team navigates personnel shakeups,” the logline reads. “Mindy (Ashley Park) and the band prepare for Eurovision, but when funds run dry, they’re forced to get thrifty. Emily and Gabriel’s chemistry is undeniable as they work together towards a Michelin star, but two big secrets threaten to undo everything they’ve dreamed of.”

And while fans don’t know yet how, when or why, Emily and her friends will end up in Rome in some capacity this season, as Collins previously teased that her character would be embarking on a Roman holiday.

Julien (Samuel Arnold), Luc (Bruno Gouery) and Antoine (William Abadie) will also return for the fourth installment of Darren Star’s Emmy-nominated series.
