LaVine’s INSANE Scoring Feat – No Kings Player Has EVER Done This Faster! Sacramento’s new star is rewriting the history books in record time!

It took Zach LaVine less than 10 games to make Kings franchise history.

LaVine had 22 points on 9-of-18 shooting from the field and 4 of 8 from 3-point range in Sacramento’s 118-101 road win over the Utah Jazz on Wednesday night, adding eight rebounds and three assists in 38 minutes.

His latest performance brought his total points and made 3s with the Kings to 206 and 26, respectively, through nine games, making him the fastest player in Kings history to record at least 200 points and at least 25 made 3-pointers, per StatMamba.

LaVine also is tied for the second-fastest Kings player to reach 200 points with the franchise, regardless of 3-pointers made, joining Hall of Fame guards Oscar Robertson and Mitch Richmond on that list.

First on that list? DeMar DeRozan, whom LaVine was teammates with for three years before the duo reunited in Sacramento this season.

It took LaVine a few games to unveil his sharpshooting with the Kings as he got fully acclimated to Sacramento’s system. He was just 14 of 53 (26.4 percent) from beyond the arc in his first seven games with the team. As a career 39-percent 3-point shooter, he knew eventually his shots was fall — and he was right.

In Monday’s blowout win over the Charlotte Hornets, LaVine erupted for a season-high 42 points on 16-of-19 shooting from the field and 8 of 9 from long range. He had 18 points in just over three minutes of the fourth quarter alone.

LaVine now is shooting 25 of 37 (67.6 percent) from the field and 12 of 17 (70.6 percent) from 3-point range over his last two games.

Every good shooter knows that all it takes is one game to get going, and it appears the real Zach LaBeam has been unleashed in Sacramento.

Zach LaVine has wasted no time making his mark with the Sacramento Kings, delivering one electrifying performance after another. Known for his elite scoring ability, LaVine reached a rare milestone faster than any player in Kings history, proving his immediate impact on the team. Whether it’s his explosive drives, deep three-pointers, or clutch plays in high-pressure moments, he has quickly become one of the most dangerous offensive weapons in Sacramento. His ability to take over games has given the Kings a new dimension, making them a legitimate threat in the Western Conference.

This historic achievement is yet another testament to LaVine’s growth as a player and his dedication to elevating his game. While he’s long been recognized as a high-flying dunker and a sharpshooter, his all-around offensive arsenal has been on full display with the Kings. He’s not just scoring in volume—he’s doing it efficiently, keeping defenses on edge with his ability to score from anywhere on the court. By breaking this record in such a short time, LaVine has solidified his role as the Kings’ go-to scorer and a potential franchise centerpiece.

Beyond the numbers, LaVine’s presence has energized the entire Kings organization and their fanbase. Sacramento has been searching for a true superstar to lead them into the future, and his instant impact is exactly what they needed. His chemistry with teammates is growing, and his ability to create shots for himself and others is making the team’s offense more dangerous than ever. The Kings, often overlooked in recent years, are suddenly a team that demands attention, largely thanks to LaVine’s dynamic play.

With this milestone now under his belt, the expectations for LaVine are only getting higher. If he continues this level of dominance, he could lead the Kings to a deep playoff run, something the franchise has been craving for decades. His performances are sending a message to the rest of the league—Sacramento is no longer a team to be ignored. As LaVine continues to break records and defy expectations, the Kings may have just found the superstar they’ve been waiting for.
