Meghan Markle has reportedly been left disappointed as her podcast has failed to attract A-list guests, with Beyoncé among the stars who have not yet appeared on the show

Meghan Markle is reportedly feeling disheartened as her podcast, ‘Confessions of a Female Founder,’ struggles to draw in the celebrity guests she hoped for.
Despite reaching out to some big names, the show has so far predominantly featured influencers and entrepreneurs. In what came as a surprise to many, the Duchess of Sussex chose to invite her personal hairdresser, Kadi Lee, who runs Highbrow Hippie salon in Los Angeles, on the latest episode.
Given Meghan’s connections with celebrated figures such as Beyoncé, Serena Williams, and Mindy Kaling, the absence of comparable stars on her podcast has raised some eyebrows within the industry, casting doubt on the future success of her venture.
“She’s dialed all the big names, but no one’s picked up, and the absence of high-profile guests in the lineup raises eyebrows. Especially hers,” a source revealed to Radar Online. “I mean, she lives in California and the best she can do is a woman who runs a dating app.”, reports the Express.

“There’s no Taylor Swift. No Beyoncé. Not even a Hailey Bieber. And when you’re pitching female empowerment, that’s a problem! It speaks volumes for her pulling power. She’s not happy about her lack of appeal.”
“Securing buzz-worthy guests typically requires strong industry connections, but with Meghan’s current outreach yielding few callbacks, her ambitious vision may suffer due to more prominent figures in the entertainment world.”
“She needs to turn this tide and attract the star power to elevate her podcast into a must-listen experience,” they added.
The latest episode of Meghan’s podcast comes after she spoke about the difficulties of being a “working mum” and nursing a poorly Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet at home in episode two last week.
Meghan revealed that, at the time of recording, one of her children had RSV (respiratory syncytial virus.)
RSV is a common cause of coughs and colds-and the other had influenza A, a form of flu.
The Duchess opened up about her struggles balancing parenting during this time.
“With that comes the woman who is juggling it all and doing it all from home, being confident enough to tell the truth about what’s going on, because you can’t give grace to someone in the same way if you just have no sense of it.”
Meghan’s Netflix special is available for streaming now.
