The Duke of Sussex will be rubbing elbows with some high flyers at an upcoming ceremony

Prince Harry is headed to Hollywood for his next public event in Southern California.

The Duke of Sussex is set to attend the 22nd annual Living Legends of Aviation ceremony, held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Friday, April 25, with John Travolta serving as host.

Harry, who was honored as a Living Legend at last year’s event, will join actor Morgan Freeman and other A-listers in celebrating the aerial firefighters who helped combat the wildfires in Los Angeles earlier this year

The Duke of Sussex and wife Meghan Markle also contributed to relief efforts back in January, handing out food and supplies to victims and meeting with firefighters who battled the devastating blazes.

Prince Harry served as a helicopter pilot during his decade in the British Army, training in the U.S., U.K. and Australia, and flying combat missions in Afghanistan. He was awarded his Flying Wings in 2010 following completion of the eight-month Army Pilot Course with the Army Aviation Centre, and his father, King Charles, awarded his flying wings. The King also awarded Prince William’s flying wings in 2008.

Travolta will once again serve as host and “aviation ambassador” for the 2025 Living Legends ceremony. Harry poked fun at the Saturday Night Fever star in his speech last year, teasing him for “dining out” on his infamous dance with Harry’s mother, the late Princess Diana, during a visit to the White House in 1985.

“I was one year old when you danced with my mom,” the duke teased. “But look at us now, it’s great! So if we’re not going to dance together, we’ll fly together.”

The 2025 Living Legends inductees include Christopher Cassidy, a former Navy SEAL and NASA astronaut who logged three spaceflights, 10 spacewalks, and 377 days in space; Robert “Hoot” Gibson, a former astronaut, Navy fighter pilot, and air race pilot; and Tom Costello, NBC’s lead aviation and space correspondent and an Emmy-winning reporter.

This year’s ceremony will also introduce the inaugural Dr. Buzz Aldrin Space Advancement Award, which will go to the Polaris Dawn Crew: mission commander Jared Isaacman, mission pilot Scott “Kid” Poteet, mission specialist Sarah Gillis and mission specialist and medical officer Anna Menon.
