Kate Middleton ‘exhausted’ trying to reunite warring brothers Prince William and Harry

Prince Harry is not close to with Prince William, with the pair having been estranged for years. However, Kate Middleton is reportedly determined to bring them back together

Prince Harry may be estranged from Prince William, but that isn’t stopping Kate Middleton from trying to reunite them, according to a source.

It’s believed the Duke of Sussex hasn’t spoken to his brother in years after he and his wife Meghan Markle stepped down from the royal family in 2020. Tensions worsened when Harry issued a number of attacks against William in his bombshell memoir, Spare.

Despite the bitter feud, a source has claimed Kate is trying to mend the relationship following King Charles’ cancer diagnosis. The source said, “Charles’ declining health makes the brothers’ estrangement all the more tragic.”

The source continued, “It wasn’t that long ago that Harry rushed to his father’s side when he was first unwell, but the fear now is that the estrangement is too far along to fix and Harry no longer feels welcome.”

The Princess of Wales believes Harry and Charles “deserve to be reunited,” according to the source. They told Heat World, “She knows first-hand how deeply they care for each other, despite all the issues. Now, more than ever, the King needs comfort and support from both his children.”

However, it seems William isn’t changing his position on Harry. The source said Kate has “done everything she can, but nothing has worked” when trying to get her husband to change his mind.

“Between all the gentle hints and the numerous phone calls to Harry, it’s been an ongoing process that’s taken so much time, and exhausted a lot of her patience and energy,” the source claimed.

They said William is being “stubborn” and is refusing to even entertain the idea of meeting his brother in person. “His stance is that his brother is a disgrace, and he’s written him off for the foreseeable future,” the source said.

It’s believed Kate has tried everything, even reminding William that his feud with Harry is the last thing his mom Princess Diana would have wanted. “She tries to share details of their conversations and frequently reminds him about the good times they shared. But William’s not budging,” the source shared.

They suggested other royal family members are following William’s lead. The source said this means “it’s unlikely the rest of the family will soften their hearts.”
