It’s a feud that has been going on for five years, and now royal watchers reckon Snoop Dogg is the one celebrity who can actually help to heal the rift between warring brothers Prince William and Prince Harry.

The rap legend, whose links to the Royals go back years, with the star lovingly referring to them as his ‘nephews’ after being asked to perform at William’s stag do, said he’d be more than happy to act as peacemaker between the estranged pair whose relationship has been strained in recent years.

Harry and wife Meghan Markle left the royal family five years ago and have been left reeling from the fall-out over their infamous Oprah interview and Harry’s tell-all memoirs Spare. Now bookies reckon the hitmaker Snoop is odds on to unite them, coming in at 5/4 on Casinos.com, with King Charles coming second with 6/4 odds, followed by Hollywood star Tom Hanks at 13/8 odds.

Fans may wonder about how the unlikely pals knew each other- and Snoop exclusively told The Mirror in a previous chat his chart-topper Sweat, with David Guetta, was written for Prince William. Snoop was asked to perform at the royal stag do but couldn’t attend, so he penned the No.1 hit instead.

He said: “Prince William is my nephew and I advise him on marriage, because I’ve been married [for then 15] years to an amazing woman. I’m so proud of Wills getting some hip in his dip. Having babies to my song Sensual Seduction is next for him and Kate. Then their kids can play with my daughter Chocolate.”

The Beautiful rapper also thanked William and Harry for helping him get back into the UK after he was banned in 2006 by telling their grandmother, the late Queen Elizabeth II, how much they adored his music. He recently offered to step in and help mend their rift.

He said: ““Harry and William, I have known for a long time now,” he said, “Harry asked me to perform at William’s bachelor party but I couldn’t make it. Anything they want to perform at now, I am there.

“They are brothers, man. Anything that gets them in the same room and being brothers again will be worth it. Life is too short to not make things right, and if Snoop can help heal that relationship, then let’s do it.”

Casinos.com spokesperson, James Leyfield, has commented on Snoop being the most likely celebrity candidate to help William and Harry settle their feud: He said: ” The Drop It Like It’s Hot hitmaker, who was previously invited to perform at William’s stag do, has vowed to ‘help heal’ the estranged brothers’ relationship,” adding: “But will Snoop or any other celebrities or royals be successful in inspiring William and Harry to reunite?”
