Meghan Markle has given a rare glimpse into her life with her three-year-old daughter Lilibet in a new video shared on her Instagram Stories as they made jam together

Meghan Markle has offered fans a peek into her family life with her daughter Lilibet during a jam-making session.

In a new video on her Instagram Stories, the 43-year-old Duchess of Sussex shared a clip of them handling strawberries. At one point, Meghan asks, “What do we think Lili?” to which the three-year-old, lovingly nicknamed Lili by her mother, responds, “I think it’s beautiful,” showcasing her cute American accent.

This heartwarming interaction is part of Meghan’s promotion for her latest culinary creations, featuring $14 jars of jam, $15 flower sprinkles, and $28 pots of exclusive wildflower honey, all highlighted in her Netflix series. In addition to the jam-making, another video presents a montage of neatly arranged carrots and flowers with the caption “cosy family weekends.”

Another clip shows her five-year-old son Archie feeding koi carp fish, excitedly calling out, “Mummy watch this!” much to the delight of Meghan’s followers. This intimate glimpse into the Sussex household follows a previous video where Lilibet was seen enjoying time with “auntie” Serena Williams.

The tennis icon, a friend of Meghan’s for over a decade, also featured on Meghan’s podcast series, Archetypes, last year, reports the Irish Star. In a heartwarming video, Lilibet, who is turning four June, is seen playing a game of Candyland with Serena Williams. Meghan Markle shared the moment with her followers, adding the touching caption, “When the aunties come to play and celebrate! Love you @serenawilliams.”

Dressed in pretty pink florals and sporting an adorable half-up ponytail to reveal her reddish tresses, Lili looked every bit the cherub next to Serena, herself a mom-of-two, dressed in a striking raspberry-hued sweatsuit. In a poignant family scene, Meghan and Harry were also captured embracing their young ones, marking their growing roots in the US following their move when they stepped back from being senior royals in the UK.

The Sussexes are also serious about shielding little Lilibet and big brother Archie from harmcalling for stronger social media laws for kids’ safety. They’ve been outspoken, declaring that more needs to be done to protect children online.

Hot on the heels of their campaign for change, Meghan and Harry, with their Archewell Foundation, recently revealed a moving memorial in New York City dubbed The Lost Screen Memorial. It stands as a tribute to children lost to the perils of social media.

Speaking to BBC Breakfast in NY, 40 year old Harry said: “We want to make sure that things are changed so that… no more kids are lost to social media.” The dad-of-two expressed his relief that his kids are too young for the internet, stating “life is better off social media,” and adding he’s “grateful” for their current disconnection.

He elaborated on the dilemma, saying, “The easiest thing to say is to keep your kids away from social media. The sad reality is the kids who aren’t on social media normally get bullied at school because they can’t be part of the same conversation as everybody else.”
